Thank you for shopping with Oh Playa! We want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and with clear communication from the moment you check out.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
During product drops, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days to process before shipping, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Estimated delivery times include both order processing time and time in transit. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Details
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping address, and selected shipping method.

*Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM ET to qualify for 1 Business Day or 2 Business Day shipping. Orders placed after the cutoff time may be processed the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
For certain extended delivery areas, rural addresses, or carrier-restricted zip codes, orders may arrive outside of the estimated delivery timeframe.
International Shipping
Oh Playa! offers international shipping to select countries.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout unless specifically stated.
Oh Playa! is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.
Shipping Costs and Promotions
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Oh Playa! may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping offers may be limited to specific regions, order minimums, shipping methods, or promotional periods.
Shipping promotions may have additional terms and conditions, which will be listed at the time of the promotion.
Oversize Orders
Oh Playa! defines orders over $499.99, before shipping and taxes but after discounts, as oversize orders.
Oversize orders are excluded from shipping-related promotional offers, including free standard shipping or any free expedited shipping promotions.
Oversize orders are subject to the shipping rates shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Oh Playa! is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email]. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processing or in transit.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Oh Playa! is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building or mailroom, or the shipping carrier.

Pre-Orders and Product Drops
Some Oh Playa! products may be sold as pre-orders or limited drops.
If an item is a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be shipped to certain locations due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other fulfillment limitations.
